PRIME HOUSE ("we," "us," or "our") built the MDM 840 app as a Free/Freemium application. This service is provided by us and is intended for use "as is."

A. Profile Data Collected by Us: We collect and securely store the following profile details on our servers to manage your account and app functionality:

  • School Name

  • UDISE Number

  • Cluster Code

  • Headmaster Name (First Name, Father's/Husband's Name, Last Name)

  • Standards

  • Mobile Number

  • Oil Unit (e.g., Litre/KG)

  • Purak Ahaar Divas (Supplementary Diet Days)

  • Taluka, District, and Pincode

  • Profile Validity Period (Start Date and End Date)

B. Daily Records & App Data (Not Collected by Us): All daily operational data, such as student attendance, stock usage, expenditure details, and the generated PDF reports, are not collected or stored on our servers. This data is saved locally on your device and can be backed up securely directly to your personal Google Drive account using the Google Drive API.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the Profile Data we collect to:

  • Create and manage your school's profile within the app.

  • Verify your profile's validity period to ensure continued access.

  • Provide customer support and respond to technical queries.

  • Ensure the app's internal calculations function correctly based on your school's specific parameters (e.g., oil units and approved standards).

3. Third-Party Services

The app utilizes third-party services that may collect information used to identify you or facilitate our service. The third-party service providers used by the app include:

  • Google Play Services: Used for app delivery, security, and basic usage analytics.

  • Google Drive API: Used strictly to allow you to back up your daily MDM records to your own Google account. We do not have access to your personal Google Drive or these backup files.

  • Razorpay: Used to process payments securely. We do not collect or store your banking details, UPI IDs, or credit/debit card numbers. Razorpay processes these transactions under their own strict privacy and security protocols.

4. Data Security

We value your trust in providing us with your Profile Information, and we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Data Deletion Request

If you wish to delete your profile data from our active database, you may contact us using the information provided below to request account deletion. Please note that deleting your account profile will revoke your access to the app's premium features.
